A short film for the art exhibit, "Art Defends: Border Realities XIII," organized by Michael Schnorr and the Border Arts Workshop in Oct. 2002. The film is about Enrique Sandoval Espinoza, also known as "El Buddha," a townsman who spoke out against "encapuchados" at El Poblado Maclovio Rojas, an "asentamiento popular" near Mexicali, Baja California. He paid a dear price for the use of his voice. Video by Orlando Lara.
