This film follows the realization of Marina Abramović’s project
"8 Lessons on Emptiness with a Happy End", a six screen video installation.
The project has been realized by the artist in Laos.
Abramović interrogates the impact of images of violence and war, conveyed by television and video games,
on our world and particularly on children.
These visions contrast with Laotian natural sites known for their spirituality.
The Making Of this project allows us to discover the artist at work.
The film gives us the possibility to understand Marina Abramović’s ideas and the way of working
of one of the major figures of performance art.
