This short psychedelic film plays with ideas relating to motion, LSD hallucinatory perception, time-space - of travelling forward while simultaneously speeding backward along a motorway in Tokyo.

We, the viewer, are going somewhere but nowhere in exactly the same moment while looking out through the 'lens' of a car windscreen. The early 1878 photographic experiment of Muybridge's 'rider and horse' are also explored, but in double vision, left and right, split frame, however the horse is also travelling both forward and backward at the same time.

Two voiceover's layer and texture the film: a surgeon cooly explains the procedures involved in a cornea eye transplant alongside the obscene phone calls of a man unable to watch his cable TV. Narratives collide so as to re-create a journey of associations through the juxtaposition of the ordinary into the extraordinary.
