On Friday the 2nd of November, ABC Eyre Peninsula breakfast presenter Deane Williams, rural reporter Brooke Neindorf and Open Producer Emma Pedler (me) headed to the community of Cummins - for an outside broadcast.

We set up the radio broadcast equipment and the ABC Open display table under a shelter at the community library at Cummins Area School. To try something new I set up my GoPro camera to the time lapse setting and faced it forward - towards where (we hoped) the crowd would pass by during the broadcast.

I moved it a couple of times to get different angles, but I quite like the way it turned out.

I converted the time lapse photo files into a time lapse using the Quicktime 7 player.

Thank you to the Country Fire Service, the Cummins Community Library, Cummins Area School teachers and students, and the whole community for supporting the ABC at this great event.
