BEYOND SURVIVAL: FROM COPING TO CONGRUENCE
by Jennifer Nagel, MA, RCC
We will take a deeper look at the experience of congruence and explore how we learned to survive in our relationships when experiencing stress internally. Satir said “Problems are not the problem; coping is the problem.” How do our patterns of coping get in the way of our relationship with Self, others, and the context? And how do we move towards more congruence in our lives? Come join us as we explore, experience, and discover together.
