The Six-Shot Film
In the Six-shot film, the filmmaker tells a story with beginning, middle, and end using only six shots. Movement and the cuts are explored. Shot-to-shot relationships are examined. Specifications: each shot must be exactly 10 seconds in length. Cuts between the six shots must be straight cuts, no transitions of any kind. Camera may move. Shoot in B/W and/or color. Non-synch sound and music may be used. 1 Minute exactly.
