Some people are better off not being happy.
This is Colin George's thesis project for Drexel. I wore enough hats to cover my hair loss, including editing, sound design, visual effects, and color grading. Much of the visual effects work is invisible, like removing a passing car in the first diner scene; I actually tend to find that kind of work nearly as rewarding as shots that stand out.
I worked on this alongside with "Mom" and both were cut simultaneously in significantly less time than I had to work on "Boy's Guide." Having solid deadlines (and multiple projects) made certain aspects of the post process hectic, but in the scheme of things, it was definitely a good experience to have.
