Here is the 3rd Year Animation Assessment and some of the work that I've done as part of my courses Character Animation lectures. Each one was set to be done within the week. Really enjoyed it and learned a lot over these past weeks.
Shot 1 & 2: As part of the assessment, we were asked to animate a character to the sound clip, using the Morpheus rig by Josh Burton. We were then told to render out both a camera angle of the whole body and another of just the head.
Shot 3: In this exercise we had to animate a character to an audio clip from Iceage (I believe). Eleven rig made by some of the 11 Second Club members.
Shot 4 & 5: In this exercise we had to animate two different scenarios; using an altered version of the Max Rig in which you could only control the rig from the neck upwards. Max rig by Peter Starostin and James Hunt.
Shot 6: In this exercise we had to do a lip-synch animation to audio from Napoleon Dynamite, with a facial rig in which you could only control the mouth area.
Let me know what you think, cheers.
