Psalms 102:13-18 “Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. (14) For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. (15) So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory. (16) When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory. (17) He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. (18) This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.”
Interestingly, in identifying when this “set time,” or appointed occasion will occur, the Psalmist, speaking as a prophet, declares it to be during the distinct period when Israel once again begins to return from their “diaspora” to their homeland (began in 1948,) and continuing to this present time, as declared in the Psalms 102 prophecy: (14) “For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favor the dust thereof.” Israel once again, dearly loves their homeland. More importantly, their returning to “dust thereof” beginning late in the 1930s and 1940s, signaling the end of this age and the soon coming of Christ places Psalmist David’s “set time” to be NOW!
In the great last days event, known in biblical scripture as The Day of Jehovah Tsaba (Lord of hosts) (Isaiah 2:11-12) God's glory will come upon the church, and the Christian believer will walk in a new realm of God's divine presence. Instead of reaching and stretching our faith for the promises of God in our lives, we will simply reach "into the glory" that has come upon us. (Isaiah 60:1-2). The prophet Isaiah gives us an amazing picture in Isaiah 60 and 61 of this glorious period. But what role will faith play as we begin to walk in God's glory? That is the subject of this video teaching.
The latter part of the teaching, Pastor Don exhorts regarding events surrounding the Covid-29 Pandemic and how our faith is to play a role in our protection from any dangers.
