In October, VCS released the first framework for jurisdiction-wide activities that Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation and enhance forest carbon stocks (REDD+).
The Jurisdictional and Nested REDD+ (JNR) requirements provide a comprehensive framework for accounting and crediting emission reductions and removals from state, provincial and national REDD+ policies and programs as well as individual REDD+ projects.
VCS hosted this webinar on 14 November 2012 to discuss the new JNR requirements.
