For our ad we decided to create a faux movie trailer with a twist. The creative idea led to the ad being placed during the real movie trailers. This clever media placement helped us to trick our viewers.
We thought what would happen if the trailer VO guy had a sore throat. We wanted the audience to think this was a genuine trailer and then to be surprised when the voice over’s sore throat kicks in towards the end. Our actor ignoring his perilous situation reacts to the VO guy and offers him Strepsils as the solution.
