Host Megan Gunning Patterson talks with farm market manager Chris Cirkus and market founder Beth Feehan about their vision for the West Windsor Community Farmers Market and their community, as well as their relationships with the vendors.
While at the market, Megan and Chef Jim Weaver shop for the ingredients for a farm-to-table meal at Tre Piani Restaurant that evening.
Then Megan and the crew head out to visit the farm market vendors at their farms: Chia-Sin Farm, Stults Farm and Terhune Orchards, and then over to Cherry Grove Farm to see how cheese is made.
The program culminates with 50 happy guests enjoying the delicious meal prepared by Tre Piani Restaurant owner and chef Jim Weaver, who graciously shared his recipes with us.
