In this presentation, Anne Looney, Chief Executive of the NCCA discusses the challellenging and radical map for Irish Education drawn by the current Minister for Education and Skills. How far we can get? And what role can technology play in making the journey? Anne holds a Doctorate in Education from the Institute of Education of the University of London. She has published on curriculum and assessment policy, school culture and ethos, and religious education and has presented papers in Ireland, north and south, in the US, Canada Australia and China on a range of curriculum and assessment themes and on issues of school reform.
