Part one drops on Feb 4th.
"Society as we thought we knew it is in ruins, its bones out in the open for all to see, buzzed by helicopters and surveillance drones. Survivors wait in the rubble for something to change - exhausted, confused, bored..."
The Rhythm of Fatigue takes the form of a series of sparse, minimalist tableaus. It was developed with contemporary dancers so as to focus on body language and physicality rather than dialogue and exposition.
It was originally screened as a single 95 minute film but has been cut up into five episodes for the web. The work is intended as an experimental precursor to a larger project and as such feedback will be welcomed and encouraged!
