Journaling has been shown to improve physical health, and reduce stress, often by helping one get rid of negative thoughts. It serves as an escape or emotional release, forcing us to check out on everything else and focus on ourselves. It can help us focus and gain clarity about what is most important to us. There are no rules when it comes to starting or maintaining a journal. In this session we will briefly share what can be gained by journaling and the different ways people might approach it.
