This is the first film I ever made. It is my freshman film project for the Montana State University Film & TV program. Shot on Super 8mm film, the original footage was edited together with tape splices. The other filmmakers were Randy Anderson, Joe Sanders and Dana Wagenhals.
Synopsis: It is the 1950s. A gang of hoodlums robs a market of massive amounts of beer. At the Butcher Boy drive-in they agree to sell a case to a couple of teenagers who drive out of town to make-out and drink beer. The two pass-out and when they wake up they discover it is now the 1970s. There is disco music and the Butcher Boy has been replaced with chain restaurants like McDonalds. They see a sign for a 50s sock hop and join in. Even though they have slept for over 20 years they have still found a way to fit in.
