Exposition and benediction of the Blessed Sacrament is a popular devotion in our Church. It highlights the fundamental mystery of the Holy Eucharist that our Lord is truly present, body and blood, soul and divinity, in the Blessed Sacrament. As the aroma of smoke of incense is in the building (symbol of the power of God), we fervently pray in worshiping and raising our deepest spiritual communion with the Lord. We are asking our Lord Jesus to dwell spirituality in our heart, body, mind and soul. In these quiet times we have intimacy with HIM. It is truly one to one relationship which indicates a key to the door of Christian faith.
