South Luangwa National Park offers one of the most incredible Safari opportunities in Africa. Located in the North Eastern part of Zambia the park straddles the Luangwa River and is alive with a hearty mixture of wildlife. It offers an up-close and personal safari experience and enough territory that you're not bumper to bumper with other safari vehicles.
This footage was shot over a six day safari with Shenton Safaris (http://kaingo.com) who I highly recommend. Their camps are situated about as far into the park as you can go. Our guides were incredible and the moments we were able to experience still leave me with chills.

The soundtrack for the video is a fantastic original piece recorded by my very talented friend Aaron Howard. You can get his album (name your own price) at http://aaronhowardmusic.com.
Footage was shot on a Canon 600D (T3i) using a 18-135mm lens and 55-250mm lens.
