The new album “ō, music for haiku” by Olivia Louvel is now available as a limited edition CD of 100, packaged in gold metallic bubble bag with hand drawn artwork of “The Magic Fish Dog” by Olivia Louvel.
Following the release of her award-winning album, “Doll Divider”, Olivia Louvel is now delivering,”ō, music for haiku”, certainly one of her most idiosyncratic and unique works.
On the fringe of her electronic textural songs, she has developed an approach even more minimal:
Based on haiku by poet Bashō (1644-1694), she has composed a sparse soundtrack, voice and silence, which exist in a state far from our pressing times.
