View the unique way the BEAT Festival arranged the lobby of the Brooklyn Public Library. One of the necessities of creative live performance in public spaces is to repurpose the venue into something new which corresponds with the live event. BEAT incorporated film and video (large and small), plus added a wine bar and concession area.
BEAT urgently needs your help to produce similar unique and dynamic site-specific work in the Brooklyn Museum during its 2013 September festival. Can you help us attain our goal of $20,000? All funds directly support the creation of new and exciting experiential works of performance created by Brooklyn artists in one of the borough's most important cultural institutions, the Brooklyn Museum.
