One of the biggest stories for Team USA at the London Olympics was the judo competition. Kayla Harrison, a resident of Wakefield, MA ended up becoming the first judo athlete from this country ever to win an Olympic gold. But what's more impressive is her story of survival, having endured years of sexual abuse at the hands of her former coach.
Behind Kayla's success is Jimmy Pedro, previously the most successful American judo competitor of all time. Jimmy not only coached her to the gold at this year's Games, but also rescued her from one of the most difficult times of their life. This is their story, shot at their practice facility in London just before the start of the competition.
