Juan David Gonzalez Monroy (b.1983) is an anthropologist and filmmaker born in Bogotá, Colombia. He received a graduate degree in Media Studies from The New School University in 2009. While in New York he joined the Brooklyn Chapter of the Hole Worshippers, practicing under the guidance of Zero Edmundo V. His work has been shown internationally in a variety of museums, galleries and festivals. Since 2010 he has been working together with Anja Dornieden under the moniker OJOBOCA. He is currently a member of the artist-run film lab LaborBerlin. He currently lives and works in Berlin.
