Video testimonial from Rev John Wilke, Senior Pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This video was shot in the Church's new preschool building, designed and constructed by Ramtech Building Systems of Mansfield, Texas using traditional permanent modular construction. The 13,440 square foot 14 classroom modular building utilized a value engineering approach and was completed in under 90 days. The facility provides additional space for a full-day preschool program which moved from the main church building. The building includes individual classrooms, office space, a common play area and worship room, and a break room. The exterior incorporates a NICHIHA fiber-cement brick panel wainscot together with an elastomeric paint finish applied over HardiePanel for the top portion, with the remaining sides clad in a 26-gauge R-panel metal siding.
