With help of IoWaterBlast plugin, I can control (1) direction of a splash (2)strength of a splash (3)randomness of a splash (4)make it a Crown splash (using "No Blast Core Size"). (5)Open angle of a splash
I used sheeter Daemon to fill up gap between particles. A null object to control the direction of a splash. The setup is highly optimized and directable. Need not to make a animated object to trigger a splash, which is not easy to control the effect you're looking for.
