This is Week 11 of Scott's challenge to safely lose up to 50 lbs in 90 days (12 weeks). The real challenge is that Scott's busy lifestyle as a husband, father, and business owner forces him to get most of his food from drive throughs and fast food places.
With the start of Week 11 we find Scott hurriedly attempting to get back on track with his fitness goal for the challenge. While he does want to lose weight he doesn't want to lose precious muscle so he has to workout correctly and even more importantly make sure that he's eating properly.
