This film footage shows the severe damage caused by Carla in Caney Creek Estates. In the lower elevation parts of the subdivision there was total devestation with nothing left but foundations. It was estimated that the tidal surge exceeded 20 feet in parts of the area with wind gusts of 175 mph.
