GMOs have emerged as a common conventional agricultural practice globally for an increasingly challenging agricultural environment. Agricultural science experts will review the current GMO technology as it relates to the sustainability of our food and water systems. Speakers will discuss the research surrounding the safety of GMOs for human and environmental health. Pertinent and pending policy surrounding the use and labeling of GMOs will be reviewed and open for discussion by attendees.
