Fish farms transmit viruses to endangered wild salmon

A video describing findings from the scientific paper 'Aquaculture mediates global transmission of a viral pathogen to wild salmon', published in the journal Science Advances.

The paper details how salmon farming has spread viruses around the world, and that in British Columbia, these viruses are continuously transmitted from salmon farms to endangered wild salmon.
