On 30 May 1961 Dag Hammarskjöld, the second Secretary-General of the United Nations, delivered a lecture in the Sheldonian Theatre at the University of Oxford. This short video, released to coincide with the Foundation's reissue of the lecture, explains its significance and continued relevance.
