This Super 8mm footage was taken by Ed von Renouard at his video console at Honeysuckle Creek and is used with his permission. I identified the footage, added air-ground audio, a context photo and notes.

This video is noticeably more noisy than the same pictures released from Houston. The TV released from Houston had been improved with realtime noise reduction by John Lowry’s new company, Image Transform, in Los Angeles.
The TV as seen at Houston could have come from Honeysuckle, Parkes (which acquired the Rover 22 minutes before the first clip) or (most likely) Goldstone.
