This session will be led by Haley and Majo Lovejoy, founders of A.G.A.P.E. Wellness. Majo and Haley utilize a variety of different practices and techniques to help their community become more present, access more joy, and experience more love towards themselves and others; one of those practices is meditation. In this session we will teach you a breath technique before leading you through an original guided meditation. This will be an opportunity to let go of stress, relax, connect with your body and breath, and just be present.
