Father Rick Nagel’s homily from the weekend of December 16, the third Sunday of Advent. The homily reflects on the question “What should we do” in a world that is sometimes dark? This is a question that is relevant today in our world, and even recently with the tragedy that occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut. We ask this question because we are seeking more… we seek light in the midst of what is sometimes a dark world. God gives us the answer to this question… We must live the life we were made for. We all are made for good, made to care for one another, and be a light for our world! We do this by living justly, and loving rightly.
