The American Society of Hiroshima-Nagasaki A-bomb Survivors (ASA) in association with Studio APA (Steve Nguyen & Choz Belen) and the Japanese American National Museum premiered HIBAKUSHA, an animated film on October 20, 2012 at the Tateuchi Democracy Forum located in the heart of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles. This film is based on the true story of Kaz Suyeishi that aims to bring awareness to the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings and nuclear disarmament for future generations.
