A fashion photographer and a makeup artist shoot behind-the-scenes footage of their new fine art photo project and end up documenting their relationship in the process.
The film appeared in several festivals, and won Best Picture ("No Budget" category) at the American Independent Film Festival.
The fully improvised film is directed by David Henri (a video supervisor who has worked alongside directors such as Steven Soderbergh, Kenneth Branagh, Ron Howard, Ang Lee, and Steven Spielberg) and is based on his detailed story and weeks of rehearsals with talented actors Chris Alvarado (veteran of Upright Citizens Brigade and iO West) and Carole Weyers (WGN's Manhattan).
The film was shot with cameras ranging from the Canon 5D mkII to the Nikon D700 to the Flip camera and iPhone; and takes the "found footage" motif popular in several horror films and adapts it for a modern independent drama.
The film is unrated, but contains Nudity, Adult Language, and Adult Situations.
