24 Countries. 100 Adventurers. 3 Charities. One Mountain. This is a story of human courage.
Directed by Peter Greig, this highly anticipated film will tell the story of a group of adventurers from every corner of the globe who joined forces for a cause that has already started to change lives.
In January 2013, the world’s paragliding community elite came together for a once-in-a-lifetime event to climb and fly from the “Roof of Africa” - Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain on the planet - in a bid to raise $1 million for charity.
For over 20 years the Tanzanian Government has strictly enforced a ban on paragliders, hang gliders and mountain bikes in Kilimanjaro National Park. The restriction was temporarily lifted due to the efforts of an Australian brother and sister who spent three years of their lives working to make a dream become reality.
However, with the world watching as they reached the summit, the group faced an unprecedented challenge that no one could have predicted.
