The Personnel Management Module is the main screen for managing delegate information. PEOPLE2 is capable of pulling information from existing HR systems.
This screen provides a summary view of all information relating to a delegate including, projects, locations, job roles, required courses and competencies for each job role.
From here you can also get a quick view of how a delegate is performing in relation to course and competence requirements. Links are also provided to access course and competence GAP analysis reports.
