Fred Kroh captured artist Narelle Jubelin re-creating Sidney Nolan's monumental 'Moonboy' motif on the roof of Heide I for the exhibition Sidney Nolan: Early Experiments.
Nolan originally painted this on the roof as a signature in late 1941 and part of Heide lore states that the RAAF viewed this painting as a reference to the rising sun of the Japanese flag, inducing demands for its speedy removal in case it was seen as a signal for Japanese bombers.
