Wake up. Morning workout. Shower. Brush teeth. Drive to work. Starbucks Coffee. Sit at desk. Crunch numbers. Lunch break. Eat and continue to crunch numbers while dropping crumbs on your laptop. Sit at desk (again). See the clock hit 5pm. Get up. Run to door. Immediately get stuck on 1-40 traffic. Slouch into the couch at home an hour later. Realize you've got to walk the dog. Realize you've got to make dinner. Realize you still need to pick the kids up from soccer practice (when was that over again?). Realize that even though we live busy lives, all it takes is 3 minutes and 45 seconds to start changing it.
