Qualeigh spent the first six years of his life locked away in a room with 30 other children on the second floor of a nursing facility. He never went outside, never felt the wind or sunshine on his face, never touched a tree, or played on a playground. Today Qualeigh is thriving in the community. He goes to school, plays baseball, loves to go swimming and attends church. The miracle was the change in the expectations of his contributions to the community.
