Balloon mounted video camera from the HARBOR balloon flight on July 19, 2009. The balloon was launched by undergraduates from Weber State University at 7:30 am from the Duchesne, UT, airport. It reached an altitude of 98,000 feet ASL at 8:52 am. The payload (including the video camera) parachuted to the ground in an oil field and was recovered by about 10:20 am.
