The city of St. Veit (Carinthia) plans to be energy self-sufficient by 2020 - to be able to accomplish by this they are working for quite some time on projects to promote renewable energies: 70% of St. Veit households are heated with district heating, there are several solar- and a biomass power plant.
In order to answer the many questions related to renewable energy, an infotainment exhibition for renewable energy has been established under the title: Erlebnis Energie.
Housed by striking exhibition architecture, designed by Klaus Baumgartner of Trecolore Architects, state oft the art multitouch technology provided by This.Play, profound serious gaming experiences by Ovos media, all packed into our custom made interaction design, offers an exciting infotainment experience for every visitor.
One of the key visuals to the exhibition is a multidimensional generative wave graphic, stretching over more than 130 meters thru all the exhibition area without repetition. While most of the graphics is innovatively printed by local company Fundermax the graphcs elegantly blends into projected content that interacts with the visitor.
