Almost forgot about this gopro shot, but found it out while making my small annual boxing video. I pretty much like it like it is raw.
Btw, no serious bag training at all, just warming up all the muscles instead of doing specific warmup. I kinda like to do only really boxing related stuff at my training, mostly consisting of elements, that I cannot do somewhere else. I mean, why should I do pushups or chinups at boxing training, while I can do them at home?!
