The Memories Remembered program at the Charles Morris Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of the Jewish Agency on Aging was created by Dale Lazar to actively engage and stimulate the memories of seniors with dementia. Memories are resurrected utilizing a variety of activities, while reinforcing dignity, self-worth and personal identity. This audio slide show created by Martha Rial, a Pulitzer prize winning photojournalist, documents the elements of a typical Memories Remembered session.
