Here at Gilbert's Craft Sausages, we put our heads together and came up with the quintessential Wisconsin Hot Dog recipe.

Two Froman Uncured Beef Franks, cheese curds, kraut, brown mustard, pickles, and onions, all on a Sheboygan-style hard roll. Oh, and did I mention we boiled the dogs in New Glarus Spotted Cow? Yeah, this recipe is awesome.
