At exactly 12:01 AM on December 9th, 2012 (the very first minute same-sex couples could legally wed in WA state), Pam and Claudia legally wed in Seattle, WA. The celebration and festivities actually began on December 8th, at the Lakewood Seward Park Community Club, where close friends gathered to celebrate the couple's love and the momentous occasion. The event was completely unique to Pam and Claudia, with a dear friend officiating, their dogs as escorts down the aisle, an awesome cake topper, a group hug, bubbles, paper lanterns, and lots and lots of dancing! The couple then took a victory lap around the city and ended at their home for the legal ceremony. Congratulations, Pam & Claudia! We love you dearly.
