A full body work out with a difference! X Fit is part of the new wave of functional training sessions brought to you by Fylde Coast YMCA. Great for men and women, all ages and all abilities, X Fit gives you a pure mix of exercises across a variety of 30 second stations designed to challenge every part of your body and stamina. Not so serious though, participants enjoy the banter and sharing the loads!
