This is a guided video I created to release emotions. It is 1 hour long and includes laughing, crying, meditation and chanting. The music is all Snatam Kaur. You will need a place to be in childs pose for the crying. I suggest you hug a pillow and have tissues nearby. Be gentle, but don't hold back. There are affirmations.
