TECHNOLOGY-AIDED INSTRUCTION AND INTERVENTION (TAII): is defined as any instruction or intervention in which the learner’s goals are primarily achieved with technology as the central feature.

VISUAL SUPPORTS: A visual display that supports the learner engaging in a desired behavior or skills independent of additional prompts.

VIDEO MODELING: A video-recorded demonstration of the targeted behavior or skill shown to the learner to assist learning in or engaging in a desired behavior or skill.

TASK ANALYSIS: teaches a learner, by breaking every day routines, activities, and tasks into discrete steps. In order that the learner can become more independent using the more complex target skill or behavior.

SELF-MANAGEMENT: teaches learners how to discriminate between appropriate and inappropriate behavior, accurately monitor and record their own behaviors, and reward themselves for appropriate behavior or use of skill.
