This trailer for A Noisy Delivery is from Pete Cann in England. Thanks Pete!
Shot around the world, from Hollywood to Switzerland to the Arctic circle in Norway, GX Jupitter-Larsen's first feature, A Noisy Delivery, has been six years in the making.
The synopsis: a couple were going to get together after the girlfriend had dropped off her package, but the boyfriend will have to keep waiting. The whole day turned out to be an attempt in crossing the distance between nothing and something. Everyone, it seems, was at the post office for philosophy instead of postage.
The one and only Hollywood superman Christopher Dennis gives a truly outstanding performance. As do a number of European performance artists such as Dave Phillips and Joke Lanz.
The soundtrack is a composition of broken toy pianos and amplified erosion. As the ideas in the movie get more difficult, the soundtrack gets denser.
