The Northwest is debating the pros and cons of transporting Powder River Coal through the region for export to Asia. Robert Hill is a veteran railroad engineer for BNSF from Washougal, Wash. He explains why he thinks this would be a good move for the economy, and why he isn't worried about the environmental concerns raised by others.
